Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data and the Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, 2018 on Personal Data Protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD).
For this purpose and with enunciative character, the company responsible for the processing, must comply with the obligations that said regulation establishes in terms of information to those involved, it establishes proactive liability measures based on a risk analysis, maintains the Activity Register, maintains a personal data protection system from design and by default and establishes the appropriate security measures for the level of risk. Furthermore it maintains a procedure for notification of "data security breaches" that may occur, performs the impact assessment if necessary, and designates a data protection officer on a voluntary basis with the function of coordinating security measures and facilitating communication with those involved.
By submitting his or her data, the signatory requests to be part of the database of CV applicants and DECLARES that all the information contained in the CV is true, and he or she will provide the necessary documentation, proving all the data contained in the CV. The CV data will be processed by the company for the purpose of communication and attention to the applicant’s interests as member of our staff. We do not transfer the data to third parties. The CV data is immediately deleted if there is no need for storage because the applicant does not fit into the profile and in case that it does fit, the company destroys the data within the first 6 months from the moment of receipt and until the allotment of a position. The company maintains a procedure to guarantee the right of access, rectification, erasure and complaint as well as the right to be forgotten, limited to the processing and portability of the personal data.
